Jennifer DeLuca, EA, graduated in 1986 with a BS degree from the University of South Carolina. She began working in 1981 in the accounting field and has worked in both the public and private sectors. After graduation from USC, Jennifer worked as the Operations and Accounting Manager for Vanstar Computers for eight years. In 1995, she moved to Florida and worked for Lana Marks, Mason Simpson, and Village of Tequesta for seven years before starting her own accounting business in 1998. After four years, she started AccountAbiliity Specialists Inc. Jennifer became an Enrolled Agent authorized to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS in 2013.

Ivonne N. Stephens, CPA, graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1993. In 1995, she obtained her Masters in Accounting from the University of South Florida. She became a CPA in 1996 and started working in a mid-size public accounting firm in St. Petersburg, FL. Upon moving to Palm Beach, FL she continued her public accounting career in a Palm Beach Gardens firm. She joined the team at AccountAbility Specialists Inc in February 2011. She is fluent in Spanish and has experience in bookkeeping, payroll, personal and corporate taxation, preparation of financial statements, and dealing with the IRS.

Catherine L. Melamed, CPA graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 2008. Prior to graduation, she worked for 8 years at publicly traded companies as well as a mid-sized manufacturing company. She started working in public accounting in 2008 and became a CPA in 2015.
